Writing isn't my strength and I won't pretend it is. Copy needs to be finalized first — but I've got killer copywriter recs who know how to write for these templates.
Customization doesn't include building your brand. Have your colors and fonts ready — or add the Semi-Custom Branding package and we'll handle it the week before.

What's actually included in Website in a Week?
Full template customization — your brand, fonts, colors, copy, images, layout refinements, mobile optimization, SEO basics, and a launch walkthrough. You get a finished, professional website ready to go live. Not a starter kit. Not a rough draft.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
Finalized copy for every page, your logo files, brand colors and fonts (if you have them), and any photos or images you want to use. If your content isn't ready by Monday, your week gets pushed. No exceptions — it's the only way the timeline works.
What if I don't have a brand yet?
If you don't have a logo, colors, or fonts established, we can work with something minimal — or I can recommend adding a Brand Style Session as an add-on. Reach out and we'll figure out the right path before you book..
Which template do we use?
You'll choose from the Refinery Nine template collection. I work almost exclusively with my own templates because I know exactly what's inside them — which means I can move fast and customize deeply without wasting your time or mine.
Can you work with a template I bought somewhere else?
Occasionally, on a case-by-case basis. Reach out with the details and I'll let you know if it's a good fit. No guarantees — but always worth asking.
How long does the whole thing actually take?
Plan for 2–3 weeks from your project start date. That includes customization, your review round, revisions, and domain connection. Add a few extra days if you need blog migration — Showit's team handles that directly and they're great at it.
What do I need to have ready before we kick off?
Logos in the correct file formats, your color palette with hex codes, licensed fonts, optimized and named images, finalized copy, and any platform logins we'll need. You'll get a full prep checklist when you book so nothing gets missed.
Is Showit hosting included?
No — your Showit subscription, domain, and email are purchased separately. I'll point you in the right direction during onboarding. Current Showit pricing is available directly on their site.
What about my existing blog — can it be moved over?
Yes. Showit handles blog migrations directly and their support team is genuinely excellent at it. Once your new site is set up, they take it from there.
What kind of support do I get after we launch?
You'll receive your full Refinery Nine template resource kit — copy guide, image guidance, SEO tips, and a launch checklist. Plus a recorded platform walkthrough and access to the Refinery Nine support page so you're never left figuring it out alone.
How do I get started?
