How do I know if I'm ready for this?
If your brand isn't reflecting the level of business you're running — or the prices you want to charge — you're ready. If you've been sitting on this decision for months and keep coming back to it, that's your answer. If you're serious about building something that lasts, this is the investment that gets you there.
Why only four clients per year?
Because great work requires real focus. Limiting custom projects to one per quarter means you get my full attention from strategy through launch — no divided focus, no shortcuts, no compromised results. It's the only way I'm willing to do this kind of work.
What do I need to bring to the project?
Your time, your trust, and your honest opinions. I do the heavy lifting — but I need you present and responsive at key decision points. Good collaboration makes a better end result. Period.
Do I need my copy written before we start?
You'll need polished, finalized copy before the website design phase begins — not necessarily on day one, but before we move into building. I'll give you a framework and timeline to work from.
If you need a copywriter, I'm happy to refer you to trusted partners who know how to write for Showit.
What platform will my website be built on?
Primarily Showit — it's my platform of choice for its design freedom, ease of use, and flexibility. HOWEVER on a case by case basis we create website on Wordpress, Squarespace and Shopify for E-commerce.
What if I need e-commerce?
E-commerce is available as a custom add-on. Pricing depends on your catalog, platform, and integration needs. Mention it in your inquiry and we'll make sure the discovery call covers everything.
What if I already have a logo?
We'll talk about it in the discovery call. Sometimes existing brand elements can be incorporated; sometimes starting fresh is the right call. Either way, we'll figure that out together before you commit.
How far out are you booked?
Spots are extremely limited — four per year. Current availability is shared during the discovery call. If you're thinking about it, reach out now. Waiting means waiting an entire quarter.
What happens after we launch?
You get 30 days of post-launch support for any questions that come up after going live. As a custom client, you also receive preferred rates on all future updates and design work — because your success doesn't end at launch day.
