How much does a project cost?
t depends on what you need. Templates start at a few hundred; Website in a Week starts at $3,500; semi-custom brands are $3,000; and full custom brand and web starts at $9,500. Tell me what you're after in the form and I'll point you to the right fit and a real number.

What's your timeline / how far out are you booked?
It varies by service and season. VIP Intensives and Website in a Week book a few weeks out; custom projects run one per quarter, so those go further ahead. If you have a launch date in mind, reach out sooner rather than later and I'll tell you the soonest I can start.

Do I need my copy and branding ready first?
For most website work, yes — finalized copy and your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts) before the design phase. Don't have those yet? I can recommend copywriters, and there's a Mini Visual Branding add-on if you need the brand pieces handled first.

What platform do you build on?
Showit, almost always — it's my platform of choice for design freedom and how easy it is for you to edit afterward. On a case-by-case basis I'll also work in WordPress, Squarespace, or Shopify for e-commerce. If you're on something else, ask and we'll see if it's a fit.

Do you offer payment plans?
For the bigger projects, yes — custom brand and web has 3-month and 12-month options. A deposit secures your spot and the rest is outlined in your project agreement. We'll go over all of it on the call before you commit to anything.

What should I include when I reach out?
The more, the better: where your business is now, where you'd love it to be, your timeline, a ballpark budget, and links to anything you love (or hate). It helps me point you to the right service fast instead of playing twenty questions.

Do you work with clients outside the Hudson Valley?
Absolutely. I'm based in the Hudson Valley, NY, but I work with clients everywhere — the whole process happens online, so location's never an issue.
