Plans from $257 a month
A real person, every time
Five business day turnaround
A designer on retainer. You send the list, I do the work, nobody has to have a meeting about it.
The Upkeep is monthly website care for Showit sites. You send the list. I make the changes. Your site stops falling a season behind your business.
Showit website care and maintenance
YOUR WEBSITE was CURRENT WHEN it LAUNCHED.
Showit is easy to edit. That's why nobody edits it. "I'll do it this weekend" is how a site ends up eighteen months out of date.
Then you added a service and never got around to the services page. The pricing changed in March. There's a headshot you don't like anymore and a testimonial you've been meaning to swap since last fall. The contact form probably still works. Probably.
None of it is urgent. That's exactly the problem. It sits at the bottom of the list behind every task that actually pays, and the site quietly drifts while your business keeps moving.
you know the drill
I'm in the Hudson Valley and I work with businesses here and everywhere else. Local enough to meet for coffee, set up to work with anyone.
Hudson Valley based
Most Showit maintenance runs on a ten business day turnaround. A copy change shouldn't take half a month.
Five days, not two. weeks
You're not submitting a ticket. You're emailing the designer who's going to do the work, and she emails you back.
A person, not a portal.
The Upkeep is a monthly retainer for Showit website care. Every month you send me your updates — copy, images, galleries, pricing, a new offer, a section that never sat right — and I make them. Designed properly, matched to your brand, tested on mobile, live within five business days.
No hourly invoices. No waiting to hear if I'm available. No re-explaining your brand to somebody new.
SEND the list, CONSIDER it HANDLED
introducing the upkeep
Doesn't matter. The Upkeep works on any Showit site, whether it started as a template, a DIY build, or another designer's work. We start with a short questionnaire so I learn your brand and your goals, then I work inside what's already there and improve it as I go.
If someone else built it — or you did
I already know it. I know why the spacing is what it is, which canvases are linked, what the type system is doing. Nothing gets broken because nothing gets guessed at. The Upkeep keeps the site you paid for looking like the site you paid for.
If I built your site
who it this for
Once a quarter I go through the whole site properly — every form, every link, every breakpoint — and send you a short report with anything worth fixing.
Quarterly site health check
Page titles, meta descriptions, and image alt text maintained with every change, so your site stays findable on Google and quotable by AI search as your content evolves.
SEO and AI search upkeep
Broken links found before your visitors find them. Forms tested. Mobile views checked. Load speed watched. The quiet stuff that costs you inquiries when nobody's looking.
Technical care
The spacing that drifted, the button that's hiding on mobile, the section that never quite worked. Small corrections that keep a site feeling current instead of dated.
Design refinements
Your newest work, curated and placed where it actually converts. The project you finished last month sells you better than the one from three seasons ago.
Gallery and portfolio refreshes
New offers, new pricing, seasonal announcements, bio rewrites, that paragraph you've rewritten in your head four times. Placed properly, not just pasted in.
Content and copy updates
What's included
Within five business days your updates are designed, built, tested on desktop and mobile, and live. You get a note telling you what changed — and usually a heads-up about something I fixed while I was in there.
Consider it done
Email your updates whenever you think of them, or save them up and send them monthly. Whatever's easier. There's no portal to log into and no form to fill out.
Send your list
Pick your term, sign, and make your first payment. A short welcome questionnaire gets me your goals, your brand files, and anything I should know about the site.

six month retainer
Same care in every plan. The longer the term, the better the rate — because ongoing work compounds, and a site I've tended for a year is easier to keep sharp than one I see for a season.
Investment
Need more than the plan covers? Additional update requests, new page designs, SEO deep dives, copy refreshes, and brand work are all available à la carte, quoted before any work starts.
Not sure which plan? Send me a note and I'll tell you honestly.
Three months. Ongoing care works because it's ongoing — one month of attention doesn't compound into anything.
Is there a minimum commitment?
You absolutely can. The question isn't whether you're capable, it's whether it's getting done. Showit being easy to edit is exactly why sites drift — "easy" updates still sit on the list for months. If your site is current right now, you don't need this. If you just winced, you do.
I can technically update Showit myself. Why pay for this?
You can renew at the same term, move to a longer one at the better rate, or stop. No auto-renewal traps. I'll reach out a month before your term ends.
What happens at the end of my term?
Of course, it's your site. Just tell me what you changed so I'm not working around it.
Can I edit the site myself too?
Five business days from when I get your list. Most months it's faster. If something's genuinely urgent, say so and I'll tell you honestly whether I can get to it.
How fast is turnaround, really?
New page builds, full redesigns, and brand identity work. Those are real design projects and they deserve real scope and timelines, so I quote them separately. Retainer clients get priority scheduling and a preferred rate on them.
What's not included?
One request is one contained change: swapping a gallery, updating a services section, rewriting a page's copy, fixing a layout issue. If you send me five small things at once, I'll usually count that as one. I'm not going to nickel-and-dime you over a typo.
What counts as an update request?
No. The Upkeep is for any Showit website — mine, another designer's, a template, or a DIY build. Every plan starts with a questionnaire so I learn your brand before I touch anything.
