Get it done. In a day. Or a week. No waitlist, no back-and-forth, no excuses.
If you've been sitting on a design project because you don't have months to wait — this is your answer. A VIP Intensive puts my full attention on your business for one focused sprint and gets it done.
A VIP Intensive is exactly what it sounds like — a dedicated block of time where I set everything else aside and work exclusively on you. No juggling other clients. No slow email threads. No waiting six weeks to see the first draft.
You show up with a wishlist. I show up with 22 years of design experience. And by the time we're done, you've got polished, professional work you're actually proud of.
Fast doesn't mean rushed. It means focused.
01 — You needed this done yesterday.
You don't have 2–3 months to sit in a design queue. Your business is moving and your brand needs to keep up. A VIP Intensive gets you results fast — without cutting corners on quality.
02 — You know what you need. You just need someone to build it.
You're not looking for a six-month brand discovery process. You've got a clear vision and a specific list. Let's just get it done right.
03 — DIY is costing you more than you think.
Every hour you spend fighting Canva or second-guessing your website layout is an hour you're not serving clients or growing revenue. Hand it off. Move on.
04 — Your time is the most valuable thing you have.
You should be running your business — not troubleshooting design software at 11pm. Let an expert handle the creative so you can focus on what actually moves the needle.
The services above are our most popular requests BUT the options are endless. Don’t see what you had in mind, send me a message and just ask!
A single focused day for targeted, high-impact work. Perfect when you have a specific project that needs expert attention — fast.
Our signature service.
Four full days of focused, collaborative design work for bigger projects that need more runway. More creative depth, more refinement, more finished deliverables — without stretching into months.
Fill out a quick inquiry form so I can get a feel for your project, your goals, and which intensive makes sense for you. Not sure which one fits? That's fine — we'll figure it out together.
A short discovery call so we can talk through your wishlist, confirm the scope, and make sure we're aligned before anything is booked. No pressure, no pitch — just a real conversation.
Once we're both confident it's the right fit, you'll sign your agreement and pay your deposit to secure your date. Spots are limited, so this is what holds your place on the calendar.
Before your intensive starts, I'll send you a prep guide outlining exactly what to have ready — brand assets, copy, images, logins, links. The more prepared you are, the more we get done.
This is where it happens. You get my full, undivided attention — no other clients, no split focus. We work through your project in real time, you give feedback as we go, and things actually get finished.
At the end of your intensive, you get your deliverables along with clear instructions on what to do next — whether that's publishing, sharing files, or knowing how to make small updates on your own.
From kickoff to final files, most semi-custom brands wrap up in about two weeks. I keep my roster small — just two clients per month — so your project never gets lost in the shuffle.
What's the difference between the VIP Day and the VIP Week?
The VIP Day is 8 hours — perfect for a focused, single-project sprint like a brand refresh, a new page, or a batch of templates. The VIP Week is 4 full days and is built for bigger projects that need more depth — like a full website customization, a complete brand build, or multiple deliverables at once. Not sure which one fits your project? Just ask.
How far out do you book?
Intensives book out a few weeks in advance, so if you have a launch date or deadline in mind, reach out sooner rather than later. The earlier you lock in your date, the better.
What do I need to have ready before my intensive?
Quite a bit, actually — and that's a good thing. The more prepared you come in, the more we accomplish. You'll need your brand assets (logos, colors, fonts), finalized copy, images sized and ready to go, and any platform logins we'll need access to. I'll send you a full prep checklist once your project is booked so nothing gets missed.
Do I need to have my copy written before we start?
Yes. Copywriting isn't included in the intensive — that's a separate skill set and it takes time we don't have during a design sprint. Come in with polished, ready-to-go copy. If you're still working on it, I can recommend copywriters who know how to write for Showit templates specifically.
Do I need to already have branding in place?
For website work, yes — you'll need a logo, color palette, and fonts ready to go. If you don't have those yet, you can add on the Mini Visual Branding service before your intensive so we're not starting from zero on design day.
What platforms do you work in?
Primarily Showit for websites, Squarespace and Wordpress on a case by case basis and Canva for social and marketing templates. For branding deliverables, I work in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. If you're on a different platform, reach out and we can talk through whether it's a good fit.
Will I be involved during the intensive or do I just hand it off?
Both, honestly. You'll be available and responsive throughout the day (or week) so we can make real-time decisions, get quick approvals, and keep things moving. You don't need to be glued to your screen every second — but the more responsive you are, the more we get done.
What if we don't finish everything on my wishlist?
We'll prioritize your project list before we start so the most important work gets done first. If there's overflow, we can discuss booking an additional day or tackling the rest through another service.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes — a deposit is required to hold your date. Full payment details will be outlined in your project agreement.
Can I use my intensive for something not listed on the page?
Absolutely. The service descriptions are just the most common requests — they're not a hard menu. If you've got something specific in mind, send me a message and we'll figure out if it's a good fit for an intensive format.
