With your brand identity locked we move into custom website design — strategy, layout, content, and every detail crafted to convert. You'll receive progress updates throughout and have clear opportunities for feedback.

Having your copy ready before the website design phase begins keeps your project on schedule. We'll provide guidance and a framework to help you prepare. If you need professional copywriting support we're happy to refer you to trusted partners.

Do I need to have my copy written before we start?

We primarily build on Showit — our platform of choice for its design freedom and ease of use. We also build on WordPress, Squarespace, and Shopify for e-commerce projects. We'll discuss the best platform for your specific needs during the discovery call.

What platform will my website be built on?

E-commerce projects are built on Shopify and require a custom quote based on your specific needs. Mention it in your inquiry and we'll include it in your project scope conversation.

What if I need e-commerce functionality?

You have three options — a one-time payment of $8,500, a 3-month plan at $3,000 per month totaling $9,000, or a 12-month plan at $792 per month. A deposit is required to secure your spot on the calendar. Full payment details are outlined in your contract.

How do the payment plans work?

You'll receive 30 days of post-launch support for any questions that come up after we go live. As a custom client you also receive preferred rates on all future updates and design projects — because we're invested in your long term success not just your launch day.

What happens after my project is complete?

Custom spots are extremely limited — one per quarter. Current availability is shared during the discovery call. Inquire early to avoid waiting an entire quarter for your spot.
